I'm living proof of what it means to grow up with unhealthy food habits. I was overweight most of my life, and suffered from a binge eating disorder for years.

I yo-yoed between bingeing, and starving myself in desperate attempts to lose weight. And even if it worked for a short time, I always gained the weight back. Often more.

I'll be the first to admit that this industry is FULL of false information. Fads that promise you a quick fix, take your money and run.

I'm here to do my part to stop that. There are no trendy diets here. No restrictions and no guilt associated with enjoying FOOD. Just honesty, and simple habits that WILL get you the results you've been wanting.
